Toby is responsible for admission and marketing efforts at the North America campus in Chicago. Cortelyou joined the Executive MBA program in 2008. Prior to joining Booth he spent time in executive recruitment as well as time in enrollment management positions at both Loyola University Chicago and the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
Toby is a member of the Executive MBA Council and holds a position on its mentorship committee and is a past member of the Illinois Association of College Admission Counselors and the National Association of College Admission Counselors.
Patty Keegan

Patty is responsible for the marketing, admissions, and administration of the Executive MBA Program North America located in Chicago. In addition, she works closely with colleagues in London and Singapore to ensure the consistency of the Chicago Booth experience across all three campuses. Keegan joined Chicago Booth in 1995 after serving in a marketing role for another business school. Keegan completed her undergraduate work at the University of Notre Dame and earned her master's degree in adult education from National-Louis University. She served as a trustee of the Executive MBA Council, chairing its communications committee and several of its annual international conferences. She is a recipient of the Bud Fackler Award (the council's highest service award) for her contributions to the industry. The Executive MBA Council is a global association of colleges and universities that offer executive MBA programs.
Beth Bader
Managing Director - Chicago Booth Executive MBA Program, Asia

Beth is responsible for the administration of the Executive MBA Program and the management and operation of the Chicago Booth Singapore Campus.
Since 1982, Bader has held a wide variety of roles within Chicago Booth, including director of human resources, director of administration, associate dean for international programs, and associate dean for the Fill-Time MBA Program. Additionally, she served as an adjunct faculty member for seven years, teaching the course Laboratory in New Product and New Business Development.
Bader has also been involved in various new initiatives at Chicago Booth. She participated in the development of LEAD, one of the first experiential leadership programs at a major business school. In 1994 she served as project director for the establishment of the Europe Campus, then located in Barcelona, Spain. Then, in 1998 she coordinated the exploratory phase of the set-up of the school's third international campus in Singapore.
Bader completed her undergraduate work in psychology at Oberlin College, San Francisco State University, and the University of California at Berkeley. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in human resources and finance.
Richard Johnson

Richard is responsible for the overall marketing and administration of Chicago Booth's European Executive MBA Program located in London.
Johnson joined the Executive MBA Program in 2006 and began his current role as Managing Director in early 2009. Prior to Chicago Booth, he worked in Florence, Italy and then in London as Director of a European-based provider of International Education services for U.S.-based universities including undergraduate and several MBA programs. He was responsible for the set-up and development of the UK operation for that organization between 1998 and 2006. Johnson has also worked in International Programs and Admissions for Washington University in St. Louis.
Johnson completed his undergraduate work in French Language and Literature at Washington University in St. Louis and has a Masters Degree from University College, London.
Bernie Zanck
Director of Admissions, Executive MBA Program Europe

Bernie is responsible for admissions and recruitment at Chicago Booth's Executive MBA Program-Europe and is based at their London Campus. He has worked for the University of Chicago in a variety of leadership roles since 2003. Prior to joining Booth he served as a member of the Walt Disney Company's management team in their Theme Park and Resorts division.
Bernie holds a Master's in Education from Loyola University and is currently pursuing his MBA from Chicago Booth with concentrations in Strategy and Organizational Behaviour.
Ria Sugita

Ria is responsible for admission and marketing efforts at the Asia Campus in Singapore.
Ria joined the Executive MBA Program in 2000 when the Asia Campus was established in Singapore.
Prior to joining Chicago Booth, she has worked in various marketing roles in the hospitality and education industries in different countries.
Ria completed her education at the University of Hawaii Manoa and Washington State University.
Glenn R. Sykes

Upon appointment to his current position in 2002, Sykes focused on increasing the marketing activities of the school in Europe and strengthening the school's corporate relationships. Prior to his present role at Chicago Booth he was associate dean of the school's MBA Career Services.
Before joining Booth, Sykes worked at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Earlier in his professional career, he also held marketing positions with Citibank for nine years and Coopers & Lybrand for four years. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Anita Brick
Director, Career Advancement Programs

Anita R. Brick, Director of MBA Career Advancement Programs, provides coaching, program development and facilitation for the Evening, Weekend, and Executive program students and alumni. She hosts and produces, CareerCast, a global Chicago Booth podcast series featuring business leaders from all of the world. Prior to Booth, Brick was in banking and consulting. She has a Master of Business Administration from Chicago Booth. Brick is author of the "What You Wish You Had Known Earlier in Your Career" book series launching in late 2011.
Michael Gibbs
Clinical Professor of Economics and Faculty Director, Executive MBA

Michael Gibbs studies the economics of human resources and organizational design. He recently coauthored the second edition of Personnel Economics in Practice. Gibbs's research has been published in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, Industrial & Labor Relations Review, Accounting Review, and other journals. Professor Gibbs is a research fellow of the Center for the Study of Labor in Bonn, and on the boards of Cummins Western Canada and Friends of the Orphans.
In 2007 Gibbs received the Notable Contribution to Management Accounting Literature from the American Accounting Association. He has received two Hillel Einhorn Excellence in Teaching Awards from Chicago Booth.
Gibbs earned a bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctoral degree in economics all from the University of Chicago.
