Does this blog contribute to a better understanding of Executive MBA programs?

August 11, 2012

Knowledge. Credibility. Confidence.

These are just a few of the words Booth alumnae have used to describe what they gained from their MBA experience.

We are thrilled to announce our second annual Booth Women Connect Conference at which we showcase the amazing women who are part of our learning community -- faculty, alumnae and students.

If you are a prospective female student and want to learn about the MBA experience in general, what makes Booth special and/or what women need these days for a successful career in business, please join us Friday, September 21 at the downtown Chicago Gleacher Center. (Of course, we also encourage any men reading this post to reach out to female colleagues who may be good candidates for Chicago Booth!)

Women's perspectives in the classroom -- just like all diverse perspectives -- are a vital part of the Booth experience. The best ideas are those developed through the interaction between people who approach problems differently and have unique life experiences to share. Women's voices and views need to be heard in the business world and what better preparation for this than a Booth MBA?
